Halomonas Titanicae Recycling Shipwrecks

When sailing and steamships from days of old to modern times had a mishap and owners found their ships on the bottom of an ocean floor. They never realized that one day their beautiful ships would become a rusting hulk at the bottom of some ocean or salty river.
However, scientists believe that in a few decades there may be nothing left of the Titanic at all, thanks to a species of bacteria which is slowly eating away its iron hull. This appears to be true for other shipwrecks whether they are made of wood, iron or steel.
